A retail meat store specializing in traditional style meats. The anticipated location is in downtown Cleburne, Texas along Buffalo creek. Cleburne has a population of approximately 30,000. We will be producing all the basic cuts of beef, pork and chicken. This will include hand cut bone in and boneless portioned cuts, sausages and by products of the trimmed cuts. Our plan is to offer both smoked and uncooked food. The purpose of thes business plan is to secure funding to open this business. The keys to our success will be:
